Two modern ALIKOR factories are located in the city of Kostroma, that is acknowledged as the jewelry capital of Russia. Kostroma is a region where jewelry manufacturing dates back to the XVI century.

Most ALIKOR diamonds are purchased from the world leading supplier ALROSA, as well as from Gokhran Russia. It ensures the exclusive character of the rarest and most valuable gems. Diamonds in ALIKOR jewelry are all genuine Yakut diamonds of flawless 57 facets Russian cut. They are mined in approved deposits. Yakut diamonds are valued all over the world for their unique special brilliance, thanks to which they have become a symbol of exceptional quality.

Additional Processing

ALKOR factory uses rhodium plating as a protective and decorative coating for gold and silver jewelry. This coating is completely hypoallergenic. Unlike many other manufacturers, ALKOR factory applies a palladium sublayer on all its products before rhodium plating, which gives ALKOR jewelry additional wearing capacity and gloss. The rhodium layer is 0.4 μm in this regard.
